Delivery | T&Cs

You are buying a unique and Original Artwork. Each work is signed on the front and named on the back. All purchases through my website are handled securely through payment links, or QR codes from my account, and you will receive a receipt by email.

Framing

All original Artworks are supplied Unframed unless stated otherwise. Paintings purchased Framed or Unframed ( See painting details ) are carefully wrapped with "Fragile" stickers attached to the outer packaging.

Unframed paintings are protected with sheet covering the painting. If you would like to discuss framing a piece, please contact me via the Contact Form before purchasing.

UK Delivery mainland is Free of Charge

I post artwork within 5 days, usually earlier. However when unforeseen circumstances prevent this I will update you at the time of your order. Delivery usually arrives within 2 to 3 days from time of shipping, you will be contacted by email with tracking number once shipped), but please allow 7 days in total.

Overseas Orders

Please contact me for a shipping quote before making your purchase. Overseas shipments (outside the UK) may be subject to import duties and taxes according to the laws of the destination country. I am unable to quote on Import duties. Additional charges are at the customer’s expense and I accept no responsibility for additional charges. An approximate idea of postal costs can be found here

Returns UK

Images of all Artwork are provided on the website as accurately as possible, but colours may vary slightly due to screen settings, photography, and lighting conditions. Minor variations are considered normal and acceptable.

However If you are not satisfied of your Artwork, you have 14 days to contact me by email to request a refund, (please note, commissioned work is not refundable). Once a return is agreed, you are responsible for packaging, payment and arranging delivery to myself. Once the artwork has been safely returned undamaged, I will refund you for the artwork, (minus original shipping costs), within 14 days. International Shipping At this time, I am unable to offer a refund outside the UK Damaged Artwork

All artwork is securely package, but if damage occurs during delivery, please reject the package during delivery, and get in touch by email - benbrahim2409@gmail.com.

If the artwork is damaged inside the package, please contact me within 7 days by email. Send me pictures of the damage to the artwork, packaging both internal and external, so we can discuss the next steps.

Commissions

Commissioned artworks are created specifically to your requirements. Due to their personalised nature, commissioned artworks are non-refundable once work has begun, unless faulty or not as described.

Any agreed specification, price, and timescale will be confirmed in writing before work begins.

Minor variations in style, colour, or composition are part of the creative process and the style of the Artist and are not considered faults.
